Aslem is the primary religion of humans of southwestern Atem. It is a monotheistic faith centered around the worship of God and the hero-prophet Ashkaari Koslun.

The Aslem faith is rooted in four core principles:
- There is only one God.
- The Djinn's sin of pride was what caused God to reject them. Their sin of envy was what led to them to enslave humanity.
- Ashkaari Koslun was God's prophet and a martyr whose ultimate sacrifice must be remembered and honored.
- Koslun will return to usher in a new era of prosperity.
Like the Church of Rochon, the Aslem believe that God watches as a patient observer. They do not believe God will perform miracles on their behalf, but he will shed a tear for the suffering of those who do not deserve it.
